Coolum Wedge FAQ's

Absolutely. We will be following the guidelines as set out by the Queensland Department of Health to run an event that makes your safety a priority.

If state borders are closed, we can do one of two things.

- Delay the event until later in the year (late June), and/or

- Offer you a full refund

If the event needs to be cancelled due to a COVID Lockdown, we will:

Move the event to a new date in June, and

Give you the choice of a full refund or attending the event on the new date.

Amore detailed outline of the day with approximate division and round (heats, semis, finals, etc)  times will be issuedin the week before the event once the registrations close.

We are asking that all competitors be at the event site by 7am to register, collect their competitors packs, Covid sign-in and ID check for aged events. At approximately 7.15am a briefing will be held prior to the first heat commencing sharp at 7.30am.
